Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 350 °F.
  2. Beat the whites until they look white.
  3. Using a mixer, mix all of the remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix the whites with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Pinch the pie crust with a fork, to avoid the mix to overflow.
  6. Pour the mix over the pie crust.
  7. Bake at 350 °F in the middle rack, 40 to 45 minutes, until it looks firm.
  8. * Chef suggestion: using a dobleboiler, cook the pumpkin with its shell for 20 minutes, until it looks soft. Remove the shell, and measure a cup and a half of pulp.
