- 4 egg yolks
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 spoons instant coffee
- 4 cups heavy cream

Instructions
- Mix the yolks with the sugar.
- Once everything is mixed, add the heavy cream and mix until it reaches consistency.
- Add the coffee.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and leave it in the freezer for four hours.
- Take it out of the freezer and unmold onto a plate.
- You may use whipping cream and raspberries to decorate.
