  • 10 oz. Angel hair noodles (crumbled)
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3.5 oz. chipotle sauce
  • 1 tbsp chicken powder consommé
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Panela cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil at medium high, add the noodles and stir until lightly browned.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, water and the chili chipotle sauce, stir. When the broth begins to boil incorporate the chicken powder consommé, mix everything well.
  3. Reduce the heat, using the spatula spread the noodles evenly on the pan, opening some space to pour the eggs in them. Cover and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the egg are done.
  4. Serve them with the crumbled Panela cheese and a little sour cream.
Recipe Notes

 Sopa de fideo seco con chipotle y queso Panela

Ingredientes:

2 Cdas. de aceite de oliva

10 oz. de fideos Cabello de Ángel triturados

8oz.  salsa de tomate (jitomate)

1/3 taza de agua

3.5 oz. salsa de chile chipotle

1 Cda. de consomé de pollo en polvo

4 huevos

½ taza de queso Panela

1/4 taza de crema

Procedimiento:

 

1.- Calienta el aceite a temperatura mediana alta y añade los fideos hasta que se doren ligeramente.

2.-Incorpora la salsa de tomate, el agua y la salsa de chile chipotle y revuelve bien. Cuando la salsa comience a hervir incorporar el consomé de pollo en polvo revolviendo de nuevo todo bien.

3.- Reduce el fuego a bajo y con la espátula esparce la pasta uniformemente en el sartén, abre unos espacios para colocar los huevos, tapa y continua la cocción de 3 a 4 minutos más hasta que los huevos estén listos.

4.- Sirve con el queso Panela desmoronado y un poco de crema.
