Instructions
  1. Cut the peppers in half and with a spoon remove the seeds.
  2. Combine the two cheeses and fill the jalapeño halves with the cheese and wrap the jalapeño with a bacon strip, securing it with a saucer.
  3. Pre heat the oven to 350F and place the peppers with the cheese facing up and bake until the bacon is crispy.
Recipe Notes

Chiles jalapeños rellenos de quesos y envueltos en tocino

 

Ingredientes:

6 Jalapeños enteros
1 paquete de tocino
4 oz. de queso crema
4 oz. queso Azul (blue cheese, Roquefort)

 

Procedimiento:

Corta los chiles a la mitad y con una cuchara quítales las semillas.

Une los dos quesos y rellena las mitades de los jalapeños con el queso y envuelve el jalapeño con una tira de tocino, asegurándolo con un patillo.

Pre calienta el horno a 350F y coloca los chiles con el queso hacia arriba y hornéalo hasta que el tocino esté crocante.
