Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder without flavor (a packet)
- 1/4 cup water cold
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup heavy cream low fat
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup celery
- 1/4 cup pickles finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Horseradish sauce
- 1 pound salmon, shredded (or a can, drained)

Instructions
- In a double boiler, dissolve the gelatin powder without flavor.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then, add he gelatin.
- Mix everything evenly, and place it in a mold.
- Place the mixture in the fridge, until firm. Serve with crackers.
