Ingredients
- 3 Hass Mexican avocados
- 1 pound small shrimp cooked
- 1 can tuna in water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise light original flavor yogurt, or Miracle Whip light
- 1 celery stalk finely chopped
- 4 ounces sweet peppers
- 6 ounces peanuts
- Lettuce to garnish
- Hot sauce to taste
- salt, and peppe to taste

Instructions
- Cut the avocados in halves, take out the seed and the skin, and place them in plates over a bed of lettuce.
- Mix all the ingredients, except the peanuts.
- Fill the avocados and keep them in the fridge to get them cold.
